Cardio Room

Our cardio room is outfitted with Treadmills, Steppers, Ellipticals, Bikes, Rowers, and Stair Climbers—everything you need to get your heart rate up.

Weight Room

Build muscle, increase bone density and boost metabolism in our weight room. We offer Squat Racks, Selectorize Weight Equipment, Cable Cross, Dumbbell and Plate Weights.

Multi-Purpose Gyms

Our multi-purpose gym provide space for drop-in pickleball, basketball, wrestling, and group exercise classes.

Hot Tub

Relax post-workout muscles, improve circulation and relieve stress in the soothing warmth of our hot tub. 

Steam Room

Experience the relaxing benefits and reduced muscle tension that comes with the moist heat of our steam room. 

Locker Rooms

The FAC offers Women’s, Men’s and Family locker rooms equipped with a Suitmate swimsuit dryer and full-length lockers that are available to all.

Hydration Station

Bring your own bottle…. the drinking fountain in the weight room has a water bottle filling station.

Personal Training

Part teacher, part life coach, personal trainers provide accountability and motivation so that you can see better results from your workout efforts. Together with your personal trainer, you will develop a customized fitness plan tailored to meet your individual needs and goals. Learn proper form and technique by partnering with experts who are passionate about sharing what they know.

Personal Training Rates & Packages

Hourly Rates

  • 1-hour session:  $70 first session / $55 per subsequent session
  • ½ hour session: $35 per session

Group Rates

Reduce cost and increase intensity by working out with a partner or group.

  • 2 person:  $35 per person/hour
  • 3 person:  $30 per person/hour
  • 4 person:  $25 per person/hour

Hourly Packages

  • 3 sessions:  $150
  • 12 sessions:  $600

Half Hour Packages

  • 3 sessions:  $90
  • 12 sessions:  $360
