Kids Fun Fitness class is designed to get your child moving with activities that include fitness games, movement to music, obstacle courses, and much more. This exciting class is offered free to children who are 6-13 years of age and who are current FAC members.
Bulldog Martial Arts offers a variety of martial art forms and self-defense techniques taught in a family-friendly environment. Classes are open to both children and adults and are taught at a level that challenges students without going outside of realistic physical limits.
This class focuses on the traditional martial art form of Chung Hun TaeKwon-Do, founded on history, honor and integrity. This style will challenge students physically and mentally to help them become true artists.
Traditional TaeKwon-Do Classes:
Mondays and Wednesdays
6pm-7pm Youth Class (6-13 years)
7pm-8pm Adult Class (13 and older)
The self-defense techniques taught at the individual seminars focus on situational specific techniques to help students best protect themselves. The techniques taught will draw from a culmination of various martial arts, including, but not limited to: Brazilian Ju-Jitsu, TaeKwon-Do, Boxing, Kickboxing, Wrestling and military-based methods.

An exciting event hosted by the FAC every summer, our Kids Triathlon is held in our competition pool for the swim segment of the event, and on the Spring Lake High School grounds and Leonard Street bike path for the run and bike portions of the race.
Designed for those new to exercise and those already active in exercise or sports, our high-energy Kids Cross Training program combines cardiovascular, resistance, strength training and functional training in a one-of-a-kind environment that’s fun, motivational and never boring. This program is highly recommended to introduce fitness as a life-long healthy habit and to improve performance in any sport they play.
A fun and instructional program that exposes kids to the exciting and challenging sport of wrestling in a safe and supportive environment. Each wrestler will learn fundamental skills and moves used in high school/folkstyle wrestling. Our goal is to give each participant a basic understanding of how to wrestle and a desire to keep learning in the years to come.
The FAC in collaboration with the Tri-Cities Family YMCA offers a joint YMCA/USA swim team. The goal is to give swimmers of all levels – from beginners to national-caliber athletes – an opportunity to grow and achieve personal excellence in swimming. We also promote the values of honesty, caring, respect and responsibility.

The Activity Center is a safe place for your young children ages 18 months to 8 years of age to play while you work out. Our dedicated and nurturing staff will supervise your child and provide fun activities such as arts and crafts, games, stories, toys and more. Up to one and a half hours of complimentary child care is available to active members during your work out on the premises. Children must be on the membership to use the Center.
