Cardio Room

Our cardio room is outfitted with Treadmills, Steppers, Ellipticals, Bikes, Rowers, and Stair Climbers—everything you need to get your heart rate up.

Weight Room

Build muscle, increase bone density and boost metabolism in our weight room. We offer Squat Racks, Selectorize Weight Equipment, Cable Cross, Dumbbell and Plate Weights.

Multi-Purpose Gyms

Our multi-purpose gyms provide space for drop-in pickleball, basketball, wrestling, martial arts and other group exercise classes.

The FAC offers Women’s, Men’s and Family locker rooms equipped with a Suitmate swimsuit dryer and full-length lockers that are available to all.

Member Towel Service

Shower/workout towels are provided as a convenience to members.

Personal Training

Part teacher, part life coach, personal trainers provide accountability and motivation so that you can see better results from your workout efforts. Together with your personal trainer, you will develop a customized fitness plan tailored to meet your individual needs and goals. Learn proper form and technique by partnering with experts who are passionate about sharing what they know.

Personal Training Rates & Packages

Baseline Assessment

A certified trainer will take you through a series of biometric measurements to provide you with a clear understanding of where you are today and where you want to be with your health and wellness goals.  Cost is $20 per assessment.

Hourly Rates

1-hour session:  $65 first session / $50 per subsequent session
½ hour session: $30 per session

Group Rates

Reduce cost and increase intensity by working out with a partner or group.
2 person:  $30 per person /hour
3 person:  $25 per person /hour
4 person:  $20 per person /hour
5 person:  $15 per person /hour

3 sessions:  $135
12 sessions:  $540
24 sessions:  $1020

Half Hour Packages

3 sessions:  $90
12 sessions:  $360
24 sessions:  $720

Other Fee-Based Programs

Martial Arts

The Bulldog Martial Arts program is a great opportunity to build flexibility and focus and learn self-defense in a family-friendly environment. Classes are open to both adults and children.

Indoor Triathlon

Perfect for first-timers who want to give the triathlon experience a try or for seasoned triathletes who want to get in some early season training. This indoor event is hosted annually by the FAC during February/March and is part of the West Michigan Indoor Triathlon Series.
